The work of art of Sharon Kantor "the naked female figure in a flower" is very impressing and fabulous picture with the poetic note. At once, I understand, that I am in front of the Artist which is coming from the World of the Academic Art and having high vocational training. Its attitude to the cultural heritage is here again traced.
In artwork "Love", we see a hand of the professional, the expert. It is full of brightness of vibrating colors and the force of spread-track, that gives soul to the image.
Art language of Sharon Kantor is a search of the best impressing forms, for an instant fading and unique in the inspiration, connected by the bright, fantastic and happy creativity.

Once upon a time, I have been introduced to the artist Sharon Kantor on the occasion of a collective exhibition in gallery "La Sibilla" in Frascati. Casually, I have seen two pictures of landscape, which have amazed me by its modern realism, the fresh painting, pleasant poetic sense and a composition giving delight. Quality of the seen paintings has convinced me of art value and serious high-level skills of the artist. I am assured, she is the professional!
Sharon Kantor was trained and studied in her motherland, in Belarus, in cold northern country with gentle color transitions, but she feels strong southern influence of the Mediterranean Sun, all over again in Israel, and then in Italy. Here the artist has an opportunity to delight by bright landscapes of Italy, giving to her an inspiration, colorful variety of all-over-growing and pleasing eyes flowers. Actually, at Sharon's personal exhibition, the best pictures are those with the image of flowers!
Sometimes, you can see Sharon's surrealistic artworks with flowers where female naked figures are in. She has found out the connection between the flowers - as a source that is giving a vegetative life, and female figures which have the same purpose in the nature for mankind. The flower is presented more brightly and alive in front of our eyes.
In September of the last year, I had the great pleasure to visit a museum "D'Orsay" in Paris, the biggest museum of impressionists in France. I have got unforgettable impressions of the experimenters who have made color triumph of neo-painting. And I can safely declare, that I have got the same impressions from viewing Sharon's artworks filled by joyful color.
